About Me

I have twenty years of experience creating, leading, and developing Employee Resource Groups and working in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion space. Using my background in learning and development, I've created DEI learning activities, employee leadership development programs, and courses on cultural competency.

My career experience includes working as a Bilingual elementary teacher, an instructional designer, and a learning consultant. I work as a Regional DEI Manager for a major construction company. 

I have a Doctor of Education in Performance Improvement Leadership, am a Certified Diversity Professional, and hold the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
